Enjoyed the room with the best amenities, my bed was comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our rooms on a higher level. The location in a nice area was great and there were a market and several stores nearby. There was Pollo Tropical nearby to grab something to eat.

Had a well-appointed and reasonably priced room to myself with great view, ano air condition and bedroom. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was nice hot. The location was comfortable and stunning for Miami, close to other restaurants, appointment downtown and center island.

Very positive overall experience. Pleasant 4 star hotel with nice staff and top class breakfast. Quiet and luxury room, exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. Quick check-in, great and beautiful location adjacent to an amazing Chinese restaurant, and a Pollo Tropical. Also, next to the airport.

I booked a room with a very clean bed, 2 TVs, a storage, and a safe box. The breakfast was free and nice hot with plenty of products.

Comfortable and prime location just a short walk away from Southeast Park. Walking distance to a shopping centre and a market across the street. Brand-new & extremely pleasant unit with oversized shower.

We have spent 1 day in suite with the bedroom and awesome bathrooms, for example. The hotel was in a central setting to the cruise terminal.

The reception staff, especially lovely staff Karen, were very helpful and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The hotel bar marquee had enticing offers and live music, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing a luxurious experience. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. The service provided by the front desk employees was professional and polished. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was reasonably priced.

Some facilities mentioned in the reviews, such as the mentioned bar marquee and convenient location near the airport, were not available during my stay.
